The Great Harbors HR Committee supports the community by assisting the Board with personnel-related matters. The committee helps develop and review policies, supports fair and consistent practices, and provides guidance on staffing, contractor relationships, and workplace issues to ensure the community operates professionally, efficiently, and in alignment with Great Harbors’ values.
