Swim Team Practice

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Great Harbors Pool Management and its staff strive to maintain a clean and safe facility. Despite these efforts, participation in swim lessons and general use of the pool and associated facilities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, illness, or property damage.

By signing or otherwise agreeing to this Waiver and Release, you, on behalf of yourself and all members of your household, voluntarily accept and assume all risks associated with participation in swim lessons and use of the Great Harbors facilities. You further agree to take full responsibility for the actions of yourself and your household members while on the premises.

You hereby release, waive, and discharge the Great Harbors Residents Association, its Board of Directors, employees, contractors (including swim instructors), and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, or expenses of any kind—whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated—that may arise from or relate in any way to participation in swim lessons or the use of the facilities.

You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims or causes of action brought against them arising out of or related to your or your household members' participation in swim lessons or use of the facilities.

This Waiver and Release is intended to be binding on you and all members of your household, as well as your respective heirs, successors, and assigns.

By your signature or acknowledgment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms stated above.
