2026 Assessment & Capital Fund

The Great Harbors Resident Association annual homeowners dues for 2026 are $293.00.

In addition, the Association is currently in Year 3 of a 5-year special assessment, which is $480.00 per year.

As of May 15, 2026 all accounts unpaid are subject to a $100.00 late fee
