2026 Recreation Facilities: Pool, Tennis, Pickleball Passes

  • Household Recreation Membership (Required): $299.00
    The Household Recreation Membership is required for all households wishing to use the recreation facilities. This fee does not include individual memberships or individual access starting in 2026. (1st membership purchased is charged at $334 which is $299  Household Recreation Membership + $35 Individual Recreation Pass)
  • Individual Member Recreation Pass: $35.00 per household member
    Each household or family member must purchase an individual Recreation Pass in order to access the recreation facilities.
Important Policies
  • Great Harbors residents may not use punch passes. Punch passes are for guests only.
  • Recreation memberships may not be shared.
  • All Great Harbors residents must have their own individual Recreation Pass to access the facilities.

Rental Property Owners Policy

  • Rental homes must purchase a Household Recreation Membership in order for renters to be eligible to purchase a Weekly Rental Recreation Membership.
  • If a Household Recreation Membership is not in place for the rental property, renters will not be permitted to purchase or use any recreation memberships.
  • Owners of multiple properties within Great Harbors must purchase a separate Household Recreation Membership for each home in order for renters to be eligible to purchase Weekly Rental Recreation Memberships.

All members are required to compelte the pool rules before using Recreation Passes

By purchasing a Recreation Membership, the household and its members acknowledge and agree to comply with all Recreation Facility rules, regulations, and policies established by the Great Harbors Resident Association.
